With over twenty years of experience in architecture and construction, Windward has completed over eighty residential and commercial projects located primarily in Westchester and Fairfield Counties as well as various locations along the New England coast. Windward was founded by Elliot J. Siderides, who remains the firm’s President. Mr. Siderides holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University. He is the firm’s principal designer and contractor and directly supervises all projects. Windward’s team includes architects, engineers, surveyors and cabinetmakers. The unique relationships between these professionals and skilled craftsmen leads to a successful project as well as a reduction in the amount of time required to take a project from concept to conclusion.
